RALPH's top pub's - NSW

All pubs are great. Some are really special. But we reckon these are the duck's gut. Check out our pick of NSW pubs - Make a toast to the East Coast.

1

Beach Road Hotel
Bondi Beach
Bondi hotties, basically. The vibe is kinda too-cool-for-school with the edge taken off by older locals and a serviceman's club feel downstairs. DJs, live music and general quietness upstairs. But the tanned female flesh is really the reason you're here, sport.

2

Manly Wharf Hotel
Manly
It blends the old-school feel of a Sydney seaside pub with modern trimmings. Chuck in ferries, seagulls, the harbour and hot local chicks and it's no wonder it can get a little too busy.

3

Annandale Hotel
Annandale
Through tough pokie-saturated times, the Rule brothers have kept live music pumping at the 'Dale, while adding things like pub markets, cult movie night and the Wok 'N Roll Thai restaurant.

4

Northies
Cronulla
The security are heavy (just ask Eels halfback Tim Smith) but if you want the full Sydney Sunday session experience with wall-to-wall glamours, this is the joint.

5

Exchange Hotel
Balmain
One word: hotties. Really hot hotties. They seem to love this joint, built in 1885 and now home to five thirst-inducing bars.

6

Palisades Hotel
Millers Point
Not fancy, but makes up for it with the best view of the Harbour Bridge from any pub in Sydney and easygoing, interesting locals, from wharfies to dole bludgers and money traders.

7

Clovelly Hotel
Clovelly
Because we might get lucky with Candice Falzon? The home away from home for random NRL players, the Cloey is an eastern suburbs institution. It's also perfect for a Saturday arvo beer and punt.

8

Newport Arms Hotel
Newport
Australia's biggest beer garden, with an outdoor cinema screen and wall-to-wall hotties and surfers. Bikini comps here go off.
