Hugo's has been known to capture the attention of one of the cheekiest party boys on the international celeb circuit. He's got blue blood but that hasn't stopped this royal hottie from exercising his right to have a ratbag streak as well. Yes, we're talking about Prince Harry. But to be fair, little PH isn't the only A-lister to have tapped into this hopelessly cool venue.
