Australian Watering Holes
Australians are internationally renowned for many great passions; first and foremost would have to be our love of the bottle (in the best sense of the word of course). No matter your drop of choice, whether you're a beer guzzler or an appreciator of fine wines from the Murray River region, as an Australian it is your patriotic duty to let your hair down from time to time with a VB or a chardy in hand. Here are a few of our favourite Aussie places...

Captain Cook Hotel
Paddington
|
Perched close to the Sydney Cricket Ground and Aussie Stadium, The Captain Cook Hotel is often teeming with sports buffs celebrating (or commiserating each other) after a big game. On other nights, bargain-hunting students from the nearby College of Fine Arts can be seen soaking up the happy hour revelry which flows from 5pm to 7pm throughout the week.
