Just a sandy-footed hop, skip and jump away from the beautiful Sorrento Beach, this bar, cafe and restaurant has a casual but classy style. By day it's relaxed; by night it adopts a more sophisticated ambience - though the enormous bright green umbrella out the front splashed with the Heineken logo signals what you can expect from the bar's beverage list.
But there's more to this stylish seaside watering hole than first meets the eye. Heineken may be the only beer available on tap, but you'll be pleasantly surprised by the bar's list of bottled beers, aperitifs and top-shelf spirits. There's also a wine list that's dressed to impress. It's a showcase of fine Australasian-blended sparkling, red, white, rose and dessert labels that the most discerning of connoisseurs wouldn't turn their finely-tuned noses up at.
There's an appealing and wide-ranging menu of mod-Oz seasonal dishes, with some Asian influences, if you feel some serious hunger pangs.
