Enjoy the comfortable and friendly environment of this Irish-tinged pub. Although populated mainly by locals, people come from all over for the outstanding courtyard restaurant.
The Welcome has one of the best steak & Guinness pies in Sydney and a nice beer garden as well. Outside tables are limited so it's best to get there a little early if you want to get a spot. It's ideal for Sunday afternoon lunch.

The courtyard is a favourite with most people enjoying something from the bar menu as well as the beers. It’s not huge so you need to get there before the crowds to secure the seat. The steak on mash potato with onion rings is great value for under $20. The front bar is the only bar and is in the style of a typical Irish pub with the service counter taking up most of the floor space.
