As Darwin's premier gay nightclub, this spot attracts a party-hard crowd looking for colourful drag shows and all-night dancing. The doors open at 11pm every Friday and Saturday.
Throb has the best atmosphere in Darwin, it is a gay bar that so many straight people go to because its so much safer then Mitchell St. The music absolutely pumps and the Drag shows are funny, witty and entertaining. Even if I was straight I wouldn't party at any other nightclub.
