This sturdy Irish pub can be barrels of fun, particularly when university crowds decide to pay it a visit. Guinness and regular live bands are the main attractions.

An authentic, affordable Irish pub with good food
Puggs has character and comfort. Even the decorative books on the shelves are real and not cardboard display pieces. The food is tastier than the other pubs in the area. Their steaks, even when they're ten dollars on tuesday, never disappoint. Their parmas are average, their fish & chips and burgers are awesome. It's got a mainly uni crowd, especially on thursday and weekends. I would recommend dropping by on a Sunday afternoon (when a pint of Guinness is at its cheapest).
