Kick back and relax in the sunken lounges of this lush cocktail bar, which is situated underneath the Rocks Resort. The lounges are definitely the pick of the seating here; the tables with umbrellas and views over the pool can get a little noisy, with the excited squeals of kids drowning out the ocean sounds in the background. The atmosphere is easygoing inside, with the spacious and ambient art-adorned interior inviting you to cool off well out of the sun.
The staff mix up great cocktails here, and will be happy to respond to any special requests for concoctions that aren't on the house cocktail menu. There is also a fine selection of wines; there are about 35 to choose from, half of which are available by the glass. There are plenty of bottled beers as well, and some yummy bar snacks to accompany the liquor of your choice. After you've relaxed and cooled off over a drink in this classy cavern, it might be time to put on your big-brimmed hat and meander back to the beach for a refreshing stroll.
