The pinnacle of any Mink experience must be their huge range of house-infused vodkas. While other bars are content to simply infuse vodkas and invite punters to experiment (otherwise known as pickling themselves with shots), Mink have devised an entire cocktail menu devoted to getting the most satisfying experience money can buy. The Apple Crumble (cinnamon-infused Wyborowa, apple juice and fresh lime) will assuredly persuade you to call in late the next day.
