Sitting four levels above the popular Establishment bar, this Moroccan-styled space is scented with cedar perfume. Chilled funk and warm electro fuse together and fill in the background while impeccably dressed staff flit from one group to another, serving supper snacks, drinks and cigars.
Hemmesphere is the kind of bar where you must wait to be seated, where the drinks menu is 26 pages long and there are over 24 types of vodka to choose from. You can't sit at the bar; it's table service only here. However, don't let that intimidate you or prevent you from meeting the friendly bar staff, who are eager to educate you in every nuance of the beautiful anthology of spirits behind the counter.
