Having recently returned to Perth from the UK, I think Fibber's hits the nail on the head. Like Temple Bar, patrons are able to have a pint in a rustic pub. The steak and stout pies are hearty and reminiscent of Irish roots (especially with the side of colcannon to boot). There is a good dose of Australian boutique beers like James Squire as well as Irish choices of Guinness and Kilkenny.
