What wrong with the STAFF?????
We always worry about the management of a business when the staff are so unhappy, infact they could not have been less interested when we visited on Tuesday 20/01/2009 around 6 PM. To make things worse, I purchased a glass of wine for my wife, which turned out to be a Chardonnay after requesting a Sauvignon Blanc, upon return to the bar for an exchange, was told that I order the Chardonnay so "too bad" then my wife took the full glass of Chardonnay back to the bar and was told the same thing, ( it's always nice to be called a liar at your local pub) so as you can imagine, we were very disapointed with what was supposed to be a relaxing drink at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel.
