Always a good night at Dolly's
We go to Dollys quite often, at least a couple of times a month. The meals are always large and usually very tasty. Prices are really reasonable, especially if you happen to fluke the 2 meals for the price of 1 night!!!
Karaoke nights are fun and there are some talented people out there!!! For a good night out at a reasonable price - you can't go wrong!!

Drop in for a drink but go else where for food
Dollies was once a very popular spot, with an extensive menu and very fine fare to boot. However things have changed over recent years.
The whole place is showing it's age and needs a makeover.
My wife and I arranged to meet a friend at Dollies for drinks and a meal.
My wife had the battered Jew fish and I had the Mussaman curry.
My wife's fish was wringing wet with oil, wrapped in a heavy cocoon of batter. The Mussaman curry was acceptable but nothing to rave about. The curry was served in a couple of soggy pappadums.
We finished our meal and drinks and left, vowing never to eat there again. We are still looking for a reasonable place to eat in the Northern suburbs.
