Discovery is the place to take your night to the next level. In fact, you can choose from four levels. Three tiers, each with their own bar, surround this massive, fast-paced nightclub's central stage and its adjoining dance floor, making Discovery a favourite haunt of big-name bands on tour. That said, DJs, house and dance beats are the standard bread and butter for this club. Luring in a young, vibrant party crowd, the venue reaches a thumping peak on Friday and Saturday nights, with glowsticks waving through the clubbing masses. Local, interstate and international DJs keep the tempo in the red zone. Professional male and female dancers cut moves from the podiums, providing inspiration for the dance floor pack, as well as some visual stimulation for those who prefer to watch. Be prepared to line up if you aren't there early, but the 4am licence means you'll still have plenty of time to soak up the energised vibe within. Discovery is definitely not the place for a quiet drink. Jagerbombs (Jagermeister and Red Bull) are more the order of the night, so forget the merlot and the ludicrous idea of conversation.
